Is it only me or has anyone else found the Chase Credit Cards' account management website to be extremely frustrating to use? Things as simple as viewing transactions and downloading transactions tend to be incredibly buggy ("Your next payment is due on 00/00/00"?!) . Pretty immature for a reknowned institution such as Chase.
And whoever has heard of having to pay a fee if you want your payment to be posted the same day !!
