Fish Batter

2 eggs
2 tsps salt
1 cup flour
4 tbsps oil

-Mix two egg yolks, oil and salt with 1 cup flour. (Might have to add some water to the mixture)
-Fold in separately whisked egg whites.

Dunk thin, fish fillets in the mixture and fry. Batter should be enough for about a pound of fish.
