If you didn't guess yet, it's Southwest airlines . No change fees. Non-refundable fares' value can be applied to a ticket under anyone's name. Earn points not miles towards free travel. Extremely friendly flight attendants. On time flights.
Maybe some of the big airlines should follow up on some of these winning factors, that lead to a very loyal customer base. It maybe a 'low cost' airline but sure doesn't feel like one. Whats not there to LUV about this airline ?
